Become a key member of the Human Resources team at our beautiful, world-class resort.  You will report directly the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for assisting and supporting a multitude of various tasks within the HR realm.  

Human Resources Assistant

Job Overview:

Responsible for assisting with human resource activities for the property.

General Responsibilities:

Human Resource

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR department.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Complete new-hire paperwork with employees.
• Process Social Security verifications.
• Maintain and audit I-9 binder to insure all information is current and accurate.
• Process benefit enrollments and terminations.
• Reconcile monthly benefit statements.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
• Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One year of Human Resource experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable in public settings.

• Knowledge of general accounting skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to:

• Work as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Communicate effectively.
• Receive and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Work well under pressure.
• Work with minimal supervision.
