                                                                                               Golf Course Server

General Responsibilities:

• Respond to guests in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Prepare food products for sale and sell pre-packaged foods.
• Set up outside buffets and special events.
• Sell and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Responsible for beverage cart duties, including stocking and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all health and safety requirements.
• Work a cash register, and be accountable for daily sales.
• Maintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
• Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the Running Y Properties Employee Handbook.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

 Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Permit.
• Current OLCC Permit.
• Previous cash handling and food service experience.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to multi task and work under pressure.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
