Administrative Assistant
This highly self-motivated, professional individual will be responsible for support of the General Manager and Accounting/HR/Payroll departments by performing various administrative functions as well as assisting with Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources duties for the property.
Administrative Assistant
Essential Functions:
- Meet and greet individuals coming into the Administrative office.
- Handle incoming calls and route specific individuals.
- Maintains and orders office supplies.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepare gift certificates.
- Coordinate VIP gift baskets and correspondence.
- Attend meetings and take notes. Distribute notes of meetings in timely manner.
- Distribute all invoices to departments for authorization and coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Understand resort products, services, and other information about the resort.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality as all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Capable of managing work load and prioritizing tasks.
- High level of skill in working with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with co-workers and patrons in an English speaking environment.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality with company and personnel information.
- Integrity and honesty due to handling of company cash.
